Can I order prints in custom sizes?
Yes, we offer custom sizing options, especially for our large format inkjet prints. Please enquire with our staff for more details on customising your print sizes.
Do you accept TIFF files for printing?
Do you accept TIFF files for printing?
For our online print portal, we recommend saving your files as JPEGs at the highest quality setting rather than uploading TIFFs. The file sizes of TIFFs can cause issues with large batch uploads and this is likely contributing to the problem you are experiencing.
When exporting from your editing software, look for a JPEG quality slider and set it to 100% or maximum. This will give you a file that is much smaller and easier to upload while still retaining excellent print quality.
