What is Giclée printing?
A high-quality printing method that uses pigment-based inks and advanced inkjet printers (our Epson HDX) to produce vibrant, long-lasting prints with exceptional detail and colour accuracy.
What's the difference between Standard and Fine Art papers?
Standard (Bauhaus) papers offer excellent quality at a more affordable price — ideal for everyday enlargements and posters. Fine Art (Ilford & Metallic) papers provide superior texture, weight and archival longevity, ideal for high-end art reproductions, exhibitions and limited editions.
Can I order custom sizes?
Yes — enter any custom dimension up to 40×60″ directly in our online print portal and the price is calculated automatically. No email quotes needed.
What files should I upload?
We recommend high-quality JPEGs (export at 100% quality) rather than TIFFs — the smaller files upload faster with no visible quality difference in print. The portal checks your resolution per size and warns you before you order.
Can I pick up my prints?
Yes — free pickup from Rewind Photo Lab Sydney (338-356 Mitchell Road, Alexandria) or Wollongong (Suite 30/157 Crown Street). Or we ship Australia-wide.
Do you support exhibitions and large projects?
Yes — through our Exhibition Support Program we provide bespoke printing services and consider support for exhibitions and creative projects.
